Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and merrph ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the merrph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the merrph platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the merrph online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the merrph website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the merrph Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. merrph strictly prohibits access by minors and will immediately suspend any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The merrph Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. merrph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) merrph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. merrph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 KYC Verification. merrph may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.6 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register for or use the merrph Platform:
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your merrph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify merrph immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your merrph account.
3.3 merrph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your merrph account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.4 merrph strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available in Account Settings and provides an additional layer of security for your merrph login.
3.5 merrph reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the merrph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). merrph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. merrph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on merrph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. merrph aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business hours. merrph reserves the right to extend processing times for security verification purposes.
4.5 Source of Funds. merrph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your merrph account. This is a regulatory requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. merrph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the time the account becomes dormant.
4.7 Prohibited Transactions. You must not use the merrph Platform to process transactions that are unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 merrph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by merrph are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each merrph promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. merrph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins awarded by merrph will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.6 merrph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
6.1 All games available on the merrph Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, poker, cat fishing, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All merrph casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by merrph are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, merrph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. merrph will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on merrph are subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform. merrph reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with these rules, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or the occurrence of events that materially affect the integrity of a market.
6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result or bet settlement on merrph is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. merrph's decision on disputed results, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the merrph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
7.2 merrph employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects violates these Terms. During an investigation, merrph may temporarily restrict access to the affected account and withhold any pending withdrawals.
Age Restriction: The merrph Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you must not register for or use merrph in any capacity.

9.1 All content on the merrph Platform — including but not limited to the merrph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of merrph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the merrph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any merrph content without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of merrph intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your account.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, merrph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 merrph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your merrph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 merrph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the merrph Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude merrph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.1 By registering for a merrph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the merrph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
11.2 merrph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or as necessary to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
11.3 merrph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
12.1 merrph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of merrph following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 merrph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.3 You may close your merrph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
